Poor score is a reflection of the product, nothing Burman did wrong. I purchased one of these cups in 2020 and love them for both hot and cold beverages. I recently bought one and Chemex has now embossed their logo name on the bottom of the mug. This means each time you go to take a sip, you get a very in-your-face branding of the Chemex name. I want to sip a beverage without invasive marketing. I hope that Chemex goes back to their original style and gets rid of the branding on the bottom of the cups.
